About the Chez Roux Restaurant

Serving up Scottish ingredients with a French twist, the Chez Roux Restaurant at Greywalls gets its name from the world-renowned late chef Albert Roux. Roux was the first chef in the UK to be awarded three Michelin Stars before cultivating a series of restaurants that serve up high-quality yet unobtrusive plates such as the ones in our Greywalls restaurant in Gullane. 

Whether you’re dining with us for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we have dishes that will tantalise your tastebuds and accommodate, on request, any dietary requirements.

An Atmosphere for All Occasions

Our restaurant is spread across four individually decorated rooms so you can choose your settings to suit your occasion, the time of day or even the season you are dining with us.

Join us for an evening of delightful food and outstanding service. When making a reservation at the Greywalls restaurant in Gullane, please note that the time that you book is your arrival time. You will be escorted to your table half an hour after your booking time.
