All rates are per room, per night on a bed and full Scottish breakfast basis and based on 2 people sharing unless otherwise stated.

Best Available Flexible Rate - Bed & Breakfast

A credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. One night deposit will be taken at the time of booking.

Deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled before 2:30pm, 14 days before your date of

arrival. If, for whatever reason, the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, full amount of the booking will be charged.

It is advisable that you should cover yourself with travel indemnity.

Best Available Non Refundable 10% Discount - Bed & Breakfast

A credit or debit card is required to charge full pre-payment at the time of booking. This is non- refundable and non-transferable.

Children

Children up to the age of 7 years in foldaway beds are complimentary, however any meals taken will be charged pro-rata. Extra bed (8 years and over) are £85 per night

pet policy

Dogs are welcome at Greywalls Hotel in any of the bedrooms, however we charge £20 per dog per night.  We simply ask that they are not left unattended and if they are left in the bedrooms, that they are contained in a travel cage and do not bark or disturb other guests - we can arrange special meals if required and always have towels on hand in case they explore too enthusiastically!  We regret that they are not allowed in the public rooms or areas of the hotel.

Please note owing to Scottish Parliament legislation, Greywalls Hotel is a non-smoking establishment in all areas. We also kindly request that e-cigarettes are not used in the public areas. Any smoking within your room or damage caused to the room will result in a charge to your card of a minimum of £100. This charge may also be applied to your card should any damage or smoking be discovered after your departure. If the damage or smoke results in the room not being able to be used by the next customer, the full room rate will be charged. If the hotel is closed due to Scottish Government restrictions, the hotel reserves the right to offer an alternative date instead of refunding any monies paid.
